MACON SERRIERES Rouge 2005 AC Domaine Romanin
A fantastic lighter style Red wine. Mainly Gamay grape with a little Pinot Noir. Soft & highly fruity with fresh lively flavours & long fresh aftertaste. Tingly fruit - just great in the Summer for BBQ's, serve slighly cooler than you would expect to extract the best of the fresh lively fruit. Great.

CHABLIS 1er Cru MONTMAIN AC 2005 AC
Premier Cru Chablis is found on the most favoured sites on the Easterly facing slopes of the little valleys that surround the lovely little town of Chablis. Montmain is one of the most Easterly 1er Crus with gentle slopes. The wine is full of wonderful crisp dry flavours & with a delicate roundness. The finish is intense & steely with a mineral slightly salty flavour reflecting the chalky soil. A lovely wine.......

CHABLIS Grand Cru VAUDESIR Gerard Tremblay AC 2003/4
From the most prestigious site just behind the wonderful village of Chablis - the best & most poclamed Chablis in the World. It is said that you should either drink this wine in its first couple of years or leave it to age for 8-10 Years ,as it has a sleepy period. My experience agrees with this, but whatever the Year you will find this superb - big powerful, bold but with vitallity & freshness & a superb long, long aftertaste........ Expensive & worth it.
