    A very special & different Aperitif - made from the fermentation of the grape juice left after the production of Cognac with also some Cognac added back. Intensely concentrated & full of flavour - sweetish but not cloying - fresh smooth & superb for something special & different as an aperitif!! Mainly Merlot Grapes with Cognac Eau-de-vie, the Rose is superb - luscious rich fruit flavours - raspberries & cherries. Full & flavoursome - a little like a tawny port.     Brilliant Cognac from a smalll Producer. This is the Napoleon which is a blend of 50% Petite Champagne & 50% Grande Champagne with an average age of between 15 & 18 Years in oak casks. Superbly mellow & stylish with pleasing aromas of old leather & vanilla followed by lighter perfume of lime blossom & spices. Finishing with a lovely smooth finish.
