	Domaine de La Ferrandiere SAUVIGNON Blanc Vin de Pays D'Oc 2006/7 Rich forward flavours dominate in this excellent crisp, dry white wine. Lovely tingly fresh fruit. Virtually organic and from ungrafted rootstock. The vineyard is a drained lagoon which is flooded each Year for 6 - 8 weeks destroying the dreaded Phylloxerra bug and also eliminating the requirement for fertilisers & pestisides. 	Domaine de La Ferrandiere CABERNET SAUVIGNON Vin de Pays D'Oc 2005/6 Another superb wine from this excellent estate. The reds are a bit fuller richer & a little more tannic than the Whites. I have been amazed at the response to this wine at a recent shop tasting as it sold really well & was appreciated by almost all my customers. Blackcurrant fruit, rich, full & dry with typical French style. Superb with meat dishes. Great now & will improve with ageing. Colour: Red Price: £5.95


	Domaine des Lauriers VIOGNIER Vin de Pays D'Oc 2007 Lovely aromatic nose on this special Rhone Grape variety - then fragrant fresh & dry with a fresh tingly aftertaste. From this amazing estate - virtually organic & from ungrafted vines this really is something special. 2006 Vintage is great - full & rich but with fresh dry style & elegant flavours & aftertaste. This is a blend of Syrah, Merlot & Cabernet Sauvignon. Aged in oak barrels for one year & then further matured for 2 years before release this is a beautiful deep- flavoured mature wine. 2001 was a good vintage & this wine really benefits from this ageing, producing a wonderfully mellow mature wine.
