Rich forward flavours dominate in this excellent crisp, dry white wine. Lovely tingly fresh fruit. Virtually organic and from ungrafted rootstock. The vineyard is a drained lagoon which is flooded each Year for 6 - 8 weeks destroying the dreaded Phylloxerra bug and also eliminating the requirement for fertilisers & pestisides. Just a superbly fresh and tasty unique wine. Try this & enjoy!!!! As good or better than many New Zealand Sauvignons at twice the price!!!

Another superb wine from this excellent estate. The reds are a bit fuller richer & generally a little more tannic than the Whites, but the 2009 is tremendous - big full ripe blackcurrant flavours - just superb. I have been amazed at the response to this wine at a recent shop tasting as it sold really well & was appreciated by almost all my customers. Blackcurrant fruit, rich, full & dry with typical French style. Superb with meat dishes. Great now & will improve with ageing.
