    50% Roussanne, 40% Grenache Blanc & 10% Muscat petits grains - vinified individually with 30% oak ageing. A superbly tasty dry wine with finesse & quality. Superbly fresh & vibrant with a gentle oaky softness which is quite hidden. A great wine.
    Four Generations of Organic Winemaking have lead to these two chosen superb wines from this wonderful Organic Estate. Fully Organic with very low yields of only 35 Hectolitres per hectare. Fully concentrated & very good.

    A great red wine from this amazing estate midway between Montpellier & Beziers.This estate has been organic for over 20 years & all their wines have been accredited by Ecocert & have their guarantee on the label. This is a blend of Syrah, Merlot & Cabernet Sauvignon. Aged in oak barrels for one year & then further matured for 2 years before release this is a beautiful deep- flavoured mature wine. 2001 was a good vintage & this wine really benefits from this ageing, producing a wonderfully mellow mature wine.
