 | Ch Ladesvignes BERGERAC BLANC SUR LIE 2007/8 Bronze MEDAL
A fine crisp, dry white with zippy smoothness & good aftertaste. Mainly Sauvignon with a little Muscatel. This is a lovely wine for everyday with a delicate dryness & freshness that lasts & lasts. The 2008 Vintage has won a bronze medal & is superb 100% Sauvignon & with freshness, crispness & balanced acidity. Just Great & Great value at £6.45

The best vintage yet from this superb boutique winery of Villa Maria ownership. Zippy & zingy & bursting with Sauvignon flavour. More subtle than the Marlborough Sauvignon but I rate this wine very highly for its style & quality.
Absolutely Great!!!! The 2008 vintage is stunning - lovely balanced acidity & freshness of minerally flavour.

Champagne Michel Loriot is a small estate of approx 15 hectares - in a small village of Festigny in the marne Valley.
The Vines are mainly Pinot Meunier with a little Chardonnay & they only produce Champagne from their own Vineyards - they are Recoltant Manipulant as opposed to Negociant manipulant (who buys grapes from Farmers).They are MAGNIFICENT & express the truly great style that Champagne can produce. Full of flavour refreshingly zingy & tasty & also with a long long aftertaste. Without a doubt the best Champagne I have tasted & far far better than ones selling at £25 +.

The classification di Valdobbiadene is the region which is the best region in Italy for Prosecco.
