Chateau Leoville Barton consistently produce some of the very top St Julien wines. It has intense concentration and complexity with marvellous dark fruit content (blackcurrant, bilberry and blackberry) it has noble oak (50% new casks) and plenty of style and character. It is generally showing great charm already after 8 years and it will improve for another decade. 2015 is one of the very great vintages. 72% Cab Sauv 20% Merlot 8% Cabernet Franc.
