Chiroubles Domaine de la Combe au Loup 2018
Domaine de la Combe au Loup is a wonderful Cru Beaujolais from a tiny village named Chiroubles. The Gamay grape gives fantastic aromas of red fruit on the nose, raspberry in the mouth leading to cherry flavours on the palate all of which leads to a long, lovely aftertaste. Served slightly chilled it is perfect in the spring or summer with a barbeque or the perfect accompaniment to white meat. Served a little warmer it is ideal with light meat dishes.
