The grapes are hand-harvested in order topreserve the highest quality . Malolactic fermentation occurs in cask, giving arichness and suppleness to the wine. Once bottled, it is rested for nine monthsbefore release. Bright aromas of dark plums and soft berries with smooth,mature tannins providing support. Toasted characters and spice from aging innew French oak casks, (with a medium toast for 12-15 months) create anadditional concentrated depth of flavour. A powerful example of Malbec withlong aging potential.
