The McGuigans are a wine making family from Australia who eighty years ago decided to make best use of the excellent climate and produce some serious wines. The results were so good that today the wine is enjoyed all over the world and the McGuigan team has grown from six to over eighty, and that is just office staff. The company is worth millions of dollars and continues to grow profit wise and in popularity.
The nineteen seventies saw the company go global with Fay McGuigan at the helm. It was Fay’s dream for the company to be as big the world over as it was in the home country. Fay married into the family and didn’t know much about wine at all, but she wanted to learn and she had a great vision, that vision is now a dream come true to the tune of over twenty million litres of McGuigan wine sold world wide.
McGuigan have thirteen main ranges and within each range there are sub sections with a more specific detail of each wine, so there are lots to choose from.
