York Wines are a small wine shop based in the historic city of its namesake, we say small but by that we mean in cubic feet, we actually have one of the largest selections available under one roof in the United Kingdom. Our wine is sourced from all over the world, every wine producing region can be found here and you might be surprised to find a few gems you may never have considered in our new world wines section.
We do have another shop in Sheriff Hutton which is situated in the north east of York on the edge of the Howden Hills. This branch is open six days a week, closed on Sunday including late opening Wednesday through Saturday for your convenience. We hold a large and detailed stock of wine that we constantly change and we have access to many, many more. We are not normally able to source single bottles except for rare and specialist wines, but for cases or more, if the wines you are looking for are not here then please contact us and we will try to assist you.
If you would like to visit either of our wine shops feel free to do so, you will be glad you did as there is a real festive atmosphere all year round and the wine will have you intoxicated without even opening one.
