Delightful, under-the-radar champagne that seriously over-delivers. Sophisticated, creaminess and nuttiness that one normally associates with higher priced bottlings dominate here, rather than entry-level more apply/citrussy flavours.

I'm very impressed with the Apollonis, which has a very well defined taste, excellent mouthfeel and a most pleasant finish. It's good value at the price. I shall be buying more.
