Most of his Pinot Noir (35% of the blend) is being used for this cuvée to provide a good structure and a stronger personality. A higher proportion of Chardonnay(50%) also ensures an aerial minerality, floral and peachy aromas staying forever in the mouth. A great bottle which reminds us why we like Rosé Champagne so much!
