Chateau Branaire Ducru is a 4eme Cru Classe Saint Julien which is highly regarded by the critics and is getting better. This wine has a pure black cherry nose with hints of toasted oak. A lovely ripe palate with good fruit and hints of cedar and vanilla. Integrated tannins lead to a velvety forward style that is fresh and floral on the long finish. 70% Cabernet Sauvignon, 22% Merlot, 5% Cabernet Franc and 3% Petit Verdot. Ready from 2020 to 2040
