Chateau Saransot-Dupre is a stunning Medoc from the highly acclaimed 2010 vintage. This wine has a really good balance of flavours. On the nose there are wonderful notes of blackcurrant and soft licquorice. Thick and rich on the palate with still some licquorice and blackberry fruit. Uncomplicated, straightforward wine with a fantastic long aftertaste. Great for 5+ more years. 30% Cabernet Sauvignon 65% Merlot 30% Cabernet Franc.
