Corte Adami Valpolicella DOC is a new Valpolicella from the superb, and ever so consistent producer Corte Adami. This Corte Adami Valpolicella wine is young fragrant and fresh which means it is easier and lighter for day to day drinking than the Valpolicella Superiore. This truly is a lovely wine that is fresh, vibrant and welcoming, it has a lovely balance of fruit and flavour and long fresh aftertaste. It is great with light meat and chicken dishes but also classic red meant dishes. The grape varieties are Corvina, Corvinone and Rondinella.

Great discovery after the valpolicella superioe from the same makers (also excellent). Great value for what you get. Light to medium bodied, smooth and moderately fruity. As the website says good for easy drinking.
