Louis de Grenelle Cremant de Loire is wonderful and consistently excellent year after year. From this fantastic estate in the Loire valley, this sparkling wine - made from the Chenin Blanc 80% Chardonnay 10%Cabernet Franc 10% grape varieties - never fails to impress. The traditional fermentation method is used in the bottles in the cellars under Saumur. The grapes are manually harvested. This is a lovely sparkling wine with lovely soft creamy appley dry flavours and long flavours in the mouth. There is a tingly dryness that leaves you wanting another glass full. A great wine for special occasions and to drink with friends.
