 Moulin A Vent is arguably one of the most noteworthy of the 10 Beaujolais Cru located in the very north of the region. Intense aromas of ripe red fruit with hints of spice. Surprising depth and muscularity on the palate, with dry, fleshy tannins and a firm acidic crispness to the finish. Ready to drink immediately, but can be kept for 6-8 years from vintage.
Ideal with Game or Cheese.
