 A very special & different Aperitif made from the fermentation of the grape juice left after the production of Cognac with also some Cognac added back. Intensely concentrated & full of flavour - sweetish but not cloying. Fresh, smooth & superb for something special & different as an aperitif!! This is from a very tiny quality producer - recommended.
