 A very special & different Aperitif - made from the fermentation of the grape juice left after the production of Cognac with also some Cognac added back. Intensely concentrated & full of flavour - sweetish but not cloying - fresh smooth & superb for something special & different as an aperitif!! Mainly Merlot Grapes with Cognac Eau-de-vie, the Rose is superb - luscious rich fruit flavours - raspberries & cherries. Full & flavoursome - a little like a tawny port. I really recommend this Rose.....
