|Lovely pale light Manzanilla - like the Fino but lighter & dryer for everyday drinking. Also with a delicate salty taste - quite delicious.
Sherry is a fortified wine made from white grapesthat bare grown near the town of Jerez de la Frontera in Analusia, Spain. Sherry is produced in a variety of dry styles made primarily from the Palomino grape, ranging from light versions similar tp white table wines, such as Manzanilla & Fino, to darker & heavier versions that have been allowed to oxodise as they age in barrel, such as Amontillado & Oloroso. Sweeter sherry is made as Cream & Pale Cream & sweet dessert wines as Pedro Ximenez from that grape variety.
