Calusari Pinot Grigio 2023
Calusari Pinot Grigio is a fantastic Pinot Grigio. Remarkably Romania has been producing wine for the same amount of time as France but due to the lack of money, expertise and resources the wine has struggled with popularity. Now that has all changed. Englishman Philip Cox and his wife have replanted some of the vines in the 700 hectare Cramele Recas vineyard and along with a new winery and a 20 million euro investment has enabled Calusari to produce a variety of superb, well priced wines. We would recommend trying all three Calusari wines, they are all firm favourites here at York Wines, and our customers. This Calusari Pinot Grigio is lovely fresh and delicate on the palate and slightly spritzy on the tongue. Subtle hints of almonds followed by a refreshing aftertaste. Calusari Pinot Grigion comes highly recommended and is well worth a try at this really competitive price.

We do not have hidden charges. In the checkout you will be provided with the following delivery options:
- Free next day nationwide delivery (to most UK mainland addresses) for orders more than £125.
- Standard delivery charge for orders under £125 is £7.95.
- It is possible to schedule delivery for a Saturday and the charge is £12.95.
Orders placed before 12 noon should be delivered on the next working day. Please give clear delivery instructions and contact details including what3words if you know them for your delivery address.
