Evandria Pinot Noir Rosado 2022, Extremadura, Spain is meticulously crafted by the talented Amelia Coloma, this very young wine is likely to be the first rosé wine of the year within the Northern hemisphere. The grapes are harvested towards the end of July, thus the new vintage is released in early November every year. Yummy raspberry colour. Fragrant nose, with notes of apricot and wild berries. Incredibly fresh and floral deep taste and well balanced acidity. Extremadura! Hot, arid and dry, it is a rather an extreme place for grape growing with it being one of the sunniest places in all of Europe, and that’s what makes a lot of the wines here so exceptional.
