Aldridge Rams Head Shiraz Cabernet is damson in colour and has flavours of cassis and a generous minty fruitiness that lead on to a soft and generously spicy Australian red. Harmoniously blended and softened with integrated oak this is a lovely red for all occasions. Great with roast meats, stews, pasta and pizza but so soft and fruity it is lovely on its own as well as perfect to share with friends.
