Domaine Sangouard-Guyot Saint-Veran 2019 La Cote Rotie is quite simply a superb Saint-Veran wine. Delicate use of new oak softens and smooths this incredibly good Chardonnay. Domaine Sangouard-Guyont produces this Saint-Veran from grapes off the lovely slopes of chalky Saint-Veran this wine has an open soft nose, it is smooth and flavoursome on the palate with the presence of peaches and some citrus . Harmonious and at the finish tangy and rich with subtle oakiness. A new find from this lovely estate. Highly recommended
